I do not own an MP3 player but have just recently bought an iPod nano. Can the sleeptracks be downloaded to an iPod rather than an MP3?

Yes, the iPod is perfect, as would be any mp3 player. The mp3 files can be directly imported into your nano.

Alternatively, you can also burn them onto audio CDs that will then play on any CD player -- not just mp3-enabled ones.
